I cannot help but regard with wonder the events that have transpired over the past 25 years of my association with CSD. CSD is stronger today than ever in its history. In explaining our success, I keep coming back to two basic principles, which help define what CSD is today.

Focus. The creation of a coherent sales and marketing organization along with a strong service and delivery system has paved the way to our explosive growth. Along with this, we are continuing to invest millions of dollars in our safety and fire suppression systems to insure the health and safety of all our people.

Talented People. A strategic vision does not define a company’s success- its  PEOPLE do! CSD long ago realized that one of its most important assets was the vast knowledge base locked up in its people. A great college football coach, Woody Hayes, said it best when he said “you win with people”! CSD has worked diligently to ensure that independent thought and input from all levels of the organization are used to formalize work processes, flow and expected outcomes essential to the organization’s survival. CSD will continue to develop a workforce that supports the mission of the organization, this I promise you!

I believe that CSD is on the right track because I know first-hand what marvelous things can happen when a little focus, and a pool of talented people come together.
