For more than 30 years, CSD, Inc. has grown its business, one satisfied customer at a time. We specialize in the preparation and packaging of commodity chemical products of many types, though we have become best known for products prepared to military and government specifications.

To deliver on our promise of excellence, we hold our processes to the highest standards. CSD is ISO:9001-2000 certified. In addition, we’re certified in hazardous materials management.

The People

Our key staffers collectively bring over 100 years of experience in commodity chemical distribution and packaging. As a corporation and as individuals, we are committed to remaining compliant with all legal and industry standards. We know chemicals. But equally important, we understand the competitive pressures our clients face. That’s why we excel not only at quality product but at timely delivery as well.

The Facilities

The physical plant at our headquarters in Conroe, Texas, enables us to handle orders large and small with the same efficiency. Here are the most important facts about our facility:

Storage

Over 150,000 square feet of warehouse space and 75 bulk storage tanks capable of storing 1.5 million gallons of chemical product.

Packaging

We package any size from 0.5 oz. bottles to tote tanks with:

• Three rotary and five in-line liquid filling lines.
• Three drum fill stations with scales.
• One tote fill station with scales.
• Two bulk scales.
• Four drum ram fillers and one filler for 2 oz. or less for grease packaging.

Blending

Capacity for 70,000 gallons of blended product with seven blend tanks, including five with mechanical mixers.

Rail Access

Two rail spurs with a 40 railcar capacity and total rail siding space of 2,202 feet.

Our physical presence is not limited to Texas. We also have facilities in Los Angeles and Baton Rouge. These plants greatly enhance our capacity and extend our geographic signature from the Mississippi Valley to the West Coast.
